Tell me what you need, with access details if you have them, and I will come back with an estimate in hours and anything I think you should know about the site. Small jobs are usually turned around within days. If the site was built by someone else, I will tell you what state it is in before touching it.
If the list keeps growing, a monthly support plan is usually cheaper and gets you updates, security and monitoring as standard. I will say if that is the case.
