Oven Shine cleans ovens across Kent. Like most local service businesses, almost every job starts with someone searching online and picking whoever looks trustworthy and easy to contact. Without a website, Oven Shine had no way to appear in those searches and no properly working front door for enquiries, so it was losing work to competitors who simply showed up first.

No web presence, no way to be found for the searches that mattered to their business.

Oven Shine had no dedicated website, so it had no presence in the search results for “oven cleaning [town/area], Kent” and similar terms, and no dedicated place to send potential customers who wanted to check credentials, see prices, or send an enquiry. Every lead depended on the customer already knowing about the business, which put a hard ceiling on growth.

I built Oven Shine’s first website from the ground up. The enquiry form only asks for what’s needed to quote a job, the content is structured around the services and areas people actually search for, and the whole thing loads fast on a phone, which is where most of these searches happen.

Oven Shine launched with no website and no online presence at all. Since the site went live, enquiries have grown to the point where the business is booked solid at least three months ahead, in every season, not just the winter rush before Christmas for a gleaming oven to cook the turkey in.
